This Cancellation and Refund Policy clarifies the conditions under which exam registration fees can be refunded on the Srireina Practice Portal website. Please note that this policy adheres to relevant Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Exam registration fees on the Srireina website are generally non-refundable. We strive to deliver a smooth exam registration process and believe the fees reflect the services provided.
2. Exceptions for Cancellation and Refund
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Medical Emergency: If you experience a documented medical emergency that significantly hinders your ability to take the exam, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. You will need to provide a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner supporting your claim.
- Portal availability by Srireina: In the rare event that the exam portal maintained by Srireina is down or unavailable for period of time more than 15 days in a month due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible to request for a refund for that month.
3. Processing Refund Requests
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions outlined above, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the exception. Your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To expedite the review process, please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Srireina account
- A clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund (including any relevant documentation for exceptions)
4. Processing Time
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used at registration. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Important Note
Approval of a refund request is entirely at Srireina’s discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the stated exceptions or if the information provided is insufficient.
